Goodwill : ABOUT US

Goodwill-West Texas territory is comprised of 35 counties consisting of over 35,000 square miles. Our retail stores stretch from Eastland to Odessa. More than 162 employees make up Goodwill, working in warehousing, janitorial, grounds keeping and retail.

Goodwill Builds Confidence.
Goodwill-West Texas is a dedicated employment resource for this area. We help people to find work and train them to work. We employ people ourselves. We believe that a rewarding job experience is on the most fulfilling parts of a person’s life. A job is a key to success, and is therefore a necessary element of self-esteem. Clothing and other items donated to Goodwill are sold in our retail stores to help fund job programs.
