Many of the people served by Goodwill are those with vocational disadvantages...such as mental retardation, illiteracy, past substance dependency, welfare dependence and physical, emotional or learning disabilities.

Their first step toward success is to make an application with Goodwill for our vocational services. We then work with them to identify their needs, challenges and interests. In some cases, we make appropriate referrals to other agencies for specialized services that may be needed prior to obtaining employment.
