If you have any questions regarding acceptable/non-acceptable items, or if you would like to schedule an appointment for us to pick up your donation, please call the location nearest you. Please do not leave donations after hours. Unfortunately, there are some individuals who make a living stealing from unmanned donation stations after dark. When inclement weather is a factor, many large donations could become soiled and are then no longer of value. We are happy to schedule a pick-up to preserve the quality of your donation. Call to 325-676-7925 schedule a pick-up.

Please do not ask Goodwill Donation Attendants or Drivers to value your donation for you.  They are mandated by federal law not to answer, are not considered experts in the second-hand market price field, and cannot properly evaluate donations. Ultimately, it is up to the donor to value their own donations. Click here to review tax credit information.

Remember, your donations are helping people in our community! Goodwill- West Texas employees process your donated items for resale. Your donation is then resold in a Goodwill- West Texas retail store. Our stores provide retail jobs and career training to people with disabilities or disadvantages. The revenue is spent directly on programs that help people find and keep competitive jobs. To learn more about the life of a donation, click here.
