Goodwill-West Texas is currently hiring for the following positions:

Store Manager – Odessa, Brady, Pine
Qualified applicants must possess exceptional customer service, leadership, merchandising and fiscal abilities. Responsible for overseeing the operation of store, ensuring maximum sales & profitability through expense control, human resource management, operating costs & loss prevention. Retail sales & management experience required. Responsible for motivating, training and supervising a diverse team.  Must have one year retail sales and management experience, valid Texas driver’s license and good driving record.

Facility Maintenance Coordinator – Administration (all locations)
Responsible for managing, performing and assisting with day-to-day activities regarding the maintenance of the facilities, equipment and machinery including HVAC, lighting systems, production equipment, vehicles, grounds keeping, security and overall facility appearance. Provides support, maintenance and preventive measures for electrical, plumbing, mechanical and related systems in all facilities. Under supervisor’s direction, assist with the supervision and coordination of outside contracted services. HS or Eq required. 3 yrs exp in general maintenance and construction required. Journeyman or Trade school preferred

First Lead – Eastland, Pine
Responsible for assisting with scheduling, time approval and other computer processes. Maintains excellent customer service, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signage, accurate cash register operations and loss prevention in adherence to Goodwill-West Texas standards. Assists Store Manager with supervision and motivating employees.

Store Lead – Ridgemont, Odessa, Pine, N1st
Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signage, accurate cash register operations and loss prevention in adherence to Goodwill-West Texas standards. Assists Store Manager with supervision and motivating employees.

Cashiers – Eastland, Ridgemont, College Hills (PT), Midland (FT), Pine
Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signage, accurate cash register operations and loss prevention in adherence to Goodwill-West Texas standards.

Production Worker- Abilene DSU, Midland, College Hills (2), Brownwood (PT)
Qualified applicants must be able to follow verbal instructions, safely lift and carry 50 pounds independently, maneuver carts and containers filled with clothing and materials. No experience required. Applications available at 2200 N 1st. Street, Abilene TX, 79603.

Janitorial Crew Member (FT) – Abilene

Truck Driver & Truck Driver Helper – Abilene DSU, College Hills, Midland (FT), Sherwood (PT)
Assist with donation pick-up and deliver items for resale in various store locations, perform trash containment duties and maintain a clean worksite. Must be able to uphold a positive attitude. Texas Driver’s License & clean driving record required. Qualified applicants must be able to follow verbal instructions, safely lift and carry 50 pounds independently.
